This policy sets out the conditions, available methods, and timelines for withdrawals from Fortunica Casino accounts held by Australian players.
Before You Can Withdraw
A withdrawal request will only be processed once the following conditions are in place:
- Your account is fully registered and identity verification has been completed
- Any wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds have been met in full
- No compliance review or account hold is currently active

Holds and Reviews
Fortunica may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal where:
- Identity verification documents are outstanding or currently under review
- Account activity has been flagged for a compliance check
- A potential breach of Terms and Conditions is under investigation
A hold does not mean funds have been forfeited. You will be notified of the reason and given an expected resolution timeframe. Funds are only withheld beyond that where a confirmed breach is established following investigation.
