These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Fortunica Casino and all services available at Fortunica.com (Fortunica, we, us, our). Fortunica operates under an international gaming licence and accepts players from Australia. All account activity is denominated in Australian dollars. Using the platform or registering an account means you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to register. By creating an account you confirm this is true. Fortunica may request proof of age at any point and will close accounts found to belong to underage individuals. Any funds on such accounts will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to check that accessing this platform is lawful in your state or territory before registering.
Your Account
One account per person. You must register using accurate personal details and keep that information up to date. Accounts opened under false identities, or used by someone other than the registered holder, may be suspended or permanently closed. Keep your login credentials private and secure. Fortunica is not liable for losses arising from your failure to do so. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Identity Verification
Fortunica carries out identity checks as required by our compliance obligations. Before your first withdrawal is processed you will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID such as an Australian driver's licence or passport, along with a recent proof of address such as a utility bill dated within three months. This is a one-time process. Once verified, future payouts proceed without repeating the same steps. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will have withdrawal access suspended until the matter is resolved.
Note: under AUSTRAC financial intelligence requirements, accounts that reach AUD 5,000 in cumulative transactions are subject to mandatory identity verification before withdrawals can be released. Completing verification in advance avoids delays at that stage.
Deposits and Currency
All balances and transactions are denominated in AUD. Fortunica does not charge internal fees on deposits. Available deposit methods are shown in your account cashier and may change over time. Note that as of 11 June 2024, Australian law prohibits the use of credit cards for online gambling deposits. Credit card payments are not accepted. Accepted methods include PayID, Neosurf, debit cards, and other options shown in the cashier.
Promotions and Bonuses
Fortunica offers a range of promotions and bonus programs for Australian players. Each offer carries its own specific terms covering wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, maximum stake rules, and cashout restrictions. Those terms are shown at the point of offer and govern the promotion entirely. Fortunica may add, amend, or remove any promotion without prior notice. Read the applicable terms before claiming any offer.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are not permitted on the Fortunica platform:
- Registering or operating more than one account
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts during play
- Exploiting software errors or unintended game mechanics
- Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated fraud
- Registering with false personal details or using another person's identity or payment method
- Structuring deposits or gameplay to abuse promotional offers
Fortunica reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified and to withhold balances pending investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Fortunica platform, including its name, logo, game interfaces, software, and written content, belongs to Fortunica or its licensors. Nothing may be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without prior written permission.
Our Liability
Fortunica provides its services on an as-available basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Where disruptions occur due to technical issues or events outside our control, Fortunica accepts no liability for resulting losses. Our total liability to any player in connection with a claim is limited to the value of deposits made in the 12 months preceding that claim.
Complaints and Governing Law
Complaints should be directed to our support team in the first instance via live chat or email. We aim to respond to formal complaints within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant authority under our operating licence.
Updates
Fortunica may revise these Terms at any point. Changes take effect when published to this page. Continuing to use the platform after an update is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes by email.
